The Trustline application process is a bit confusing for many, so if you are having difficulty, please know you are not alone and we appreciate your efforts to be compliant. This has been a pressing issue when onboarding nannies that we feel the need to address.
Please know, you are NOT registered for Trustline unless you have received an official letter indicating you are listed on their registry.
The Trustline process involves TWO steps. The application is the FIRST step. Without the second step, obtaining active Livescan fingerprints, your application will NOT be processed.
